I was speaking to my mate about music today and he told me he prefers dizzee rascal to wu tang - wtf!? i said to him 'dont you prefer good lyrics based around society or politics etc' and he goes 'nah... i would rather listen to MCs talk about the normal shit i.e. money, 'bitches' and killing people

I also remember making him listen to Dear Mama and his exact words were 'Not enough angry black person' - i'm loosing my cool with this guy, on his ipod he rated every track of the first G-unit album 5 stars and then rated ambitionz az a ridah 3! please tell me someone else experiences the same shit with their freinds.... please tell me i am not suffering this alone!!!

I've never wanted to hear anything by Flo rider or T-Pain, but I am a big fan of Dizzee's shit.

I don't know how you could think he belongs in the same catergory as those two other fools.

UK grime is every bit as grungy as the Wu sound. If you take the time to adapt to the accent, you'll see hear that grime emcees are pretty fucking nice too.

i actually know people that done that, when i told them bowt g-units latest album they were suprised by the startling revalation.....people just wanna be listening to whatevers new so that they can fit in...it's fuckin ridiculous, i'd rather listen to good music then new music .... whether that be from pac, biggie, jimi hendrix....
