Default Working Retirement Age Law Is Supposed To Be Raised To 75 Years Old

That's crazy. I was told about this from a hispanic male co-worker. I was shaking my head at what he said. By the time a person retires at 75 from working, you aren't gonna have much longer to enjoy retirement LOL. What the hell is wrong with america and our government who make these stupid ass laws? The retirement age now is 67. My grandfather retired from working when he was 62 or 63 years old and that was back in 1985. What did the retirement age law used to be? I wish the retirement age was 50 or 55. It's insane for people to be working in their 60's or 70's. That's exactly why i have the shitty attitude i have towards these jobs because they only care about exploiting the workers and that's fucked up.

Yeah LOL. I think i got my information wrong because i was reading in the Parade weekly magazine that comes with the newspaper every weekend that the retirement age is gonna get raised to 67 in 2027. I thought the retirement age already got raised to 67? I think 67 is too old to be retiring from working. I think the retirement age should be 50 or 55.

50 - 55 sounds early still... 60 is a good age... you can still kick it in your 50's

Yes, the life expectancy rate for a black man in the US is 28, I believe.

People live longer and healthier, it needs to go up.

When laws like that were made life expectancies and human health were allot worse.
In today's world 67 probally means your healthier then somebody who was 50 100 years ago.
