I tried putting the IMG tags in for you friend but I dont know what that picture is and you tried to link your own pic that has a wucorp url probably from your profile. you cant do it like that.

go to options.
scroll all the way down.
they ask you which text box/editor u want to use. choose the 'Standard Editor'
now when u type into a text box to post, u will see an 'Insert Image Icon'. next to the icons for Bold, Italic, Underline etc
this is the image icon u need to use to insert a picture into your signature as well as your posts.
