Saw a screen of this playing MGS4 and Uncharted on Kotaku, the graphics look amazing, the handheld itself looks good too

the idea of gaming-on-the-go has lost its appeal to me, no matter how much better its gotten. OG Gameboy and Game Gear was the pinnicle of hand held gaming imo, could care a less about anything else

I feel the same. I only play games on the go if I'm using my phone, and even then its casual shit like bejeweled and angry birds. Someone on here is probably into it though

^thats what im sayin too, with the advent of smartphones and ipods and what have you, PSP and anything else seems like another piece of unnesscary electronics. might as well work on releasing these games to iphones and such.

but ya, my younger cousins all have PSPs so i guess there is a market still, but its gotta be dwindling

I think Sony were saying about releasing either PSone Classics or PSN games on Android & Iphones

Ehhh, sony tries to come with ill ideas but usually fail in the end. Not saying I'm against sony or the psp because I've owned 2 PSP's in my life and currently have the PS3. I just feel the 3DS will take this system out wether it's more for a younger audience or not. Besides the reused design and the back rear touchpad BS the graphics look on point. That only leaves me to wonder how long games take to load....

after i saw the 3ds price and saw how it still has the touchscreen and stylus, ima prolly go with this. Im not buying it for portable use really, but i kinda like the way it looks, at least compared to the 3ds. The dual screen shit kinda got on my nerves with the ds

^ Yeah, that's the only downfall with nintendo. They tend to create stuff for younger audiences unlike sony and microsoft.

Sony have never disappointed me in any way. At first I didn't care much for handhelds and I was using some else PSP just to play Metal Gear Portable and Socom, but then I realize the great list of PSP games I've been missing out and bought one myself, now I got:
    FFVII Crisis Core
    FF Dissidia
    MGS Portable
    MGS Peace Wlaker
    BB Calamity Trigger
    AC Bloodlines
    GTA Vice City Story
    NFS
    Socom
Then there are the games Im waiting for like FF Dissidia 012 & FFXIII Agito, then there's the other games like God Of War, Gran Turismo, Littlebig Planet, FF Tactics, ect...
Also there is the things I can do with the PSP like enter the internet, play online, play on my Fucking TV, Remote Play (control my PS3 from my PSP), I can buy games from PSN and load them to my PSP, ect...
WTF! does Nintendo have, IMO all that Nintendo do is gimmicks to attract lil kids, like the Wii that shit is fun for 5 seconds you get bored of it fast. Most kids have Nintendo consoles because their parents don't want to wasted $500 for a console or $200 for a handheld.
