Your Top 10 favorite Quentin Tarantino characters?

I always thought Kill Bill was his 2 weakest flicks. I think because he represents american pop culture and gangster shit, and it just seemed like he was trying to make a tribute to the old martial arts films rather than a good film. It just seemed a bit desperate. I'm probably in the minority here though. Anyone else not really 'get' Kill Bill?
Uma Thurmans a very watchable actress though, so I've probably seen them both 2 or 3 times when they've been on TV.

even weaker than Four Rooms and Death Proof? even if it wasn't supposed to be a tribute i think it's a very good film. but he does fucking awesome tributes. you can tell he knows about what he's film-making about. at least he kept to his style of directing and writing.

^^Haven't seen 4 rooms. Deathproof was better to my taste and seemed more like a Tarantino joint to me. I know its a stupid nothingey film but Deathproof is supercool.

i agree. as much as a nothing it was, it was still entertaining to me. and the scenes where they're in the bar kind of reminds me of The Warriors
