    You have to be married for a certain amount of time to get a conjugal visit and be in a certain type of prison-not all have them- in NY. Very few places meaning states have them and girlfriends/penpals aren't even considered.

    I read that more states have been stopping conjugal visits. They probably realized that it doesn't cut down on violence and recommend the freaks to attend SA meetings instead.
