He likes to talk while watching movies and he'll ask me questions like who directed this, who produced it, where was the movie filmed at, who's starring in it hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. So i don't watch movies with him either.

NickyTooch, i don't have a full time job but i got a part time job. I don't know if you knew this but i lost my full time job at the end of June because the company's management hired a contractor and i was pissed because i wanted to retire from there. I had been there almost 9 years.

Yeah, underemployment and company's not appreciating employees is a severe problem. The issue is most people in this country are conditioned to think that their less than perfect jobs is a temporary stepping stone to their inevitable wealth, so they no longer fight to make their condition better at work and of course one person can't do it alone. Before when people would feed themselves of a low skill job and take care of their families with it, they fought to make sure it was something they wanted to come to everyday. But now the wealth gospel has everyone thinking that someone can work somewhere for 9 years, get paid like shit and it's ok. I work with the texas workforce commission and this mentality partnered with the immigrant influx has created a hell hole for most workers that aren't engineers or doctors.

You never know when you'll lose your job, and when you do it doesn't matter etc.
Charles, have you considered joining a labor union? Employer will think twice about firing you arbitrarily and your union dues will afford you an experienced union lawyer in case something like that happens again, even if you were fucking off at work.

No i haven't considered joining a labor union but thanks for suggesting that. I might have to look into that. I won't get any money from employment office next week because i wasn't able to give them 2 jobs this week. I emailed several jobs this week my resume and nobody got in touch with me and that's the first time that's happened to me since i've been unemployed. I don't know why it takes so damn long for jobs to get in touch with me and schedule a interview. Looking for a job is so damn depressing and frustrating. White people wonder why there's so much crime in black neighborhoods. I don't know what's so hard for them to figure out why there's so much black on black crime because when you got a lot of blacks unemployed, they're always gonna do crime to get money because they aren't gonna sit around and wait on a job to call them while they're broke.

White people's punk asses that are job supervisors don't wanna hire blacks and they would rather hire foreigners over blacks especially hispanics. Hispanics are so dumb that they don't even realize they're being played at their jobs by their white supervisors. They're just so happy to have a job and happy to be in america that they don't even know what's going on. I'm lucky i got a part time job because if i didn't have that, i wouldn't have any money because getting unemployment money isn't guaranteed if i don't give them 2 jobs each week.

CORRECT. Charles if you not in a union join one NOW, idk how ppl are not in a union nowadays particulary since the recession, coz employers have treated employees like shit since it and in some cases used it as an excuse to lower wages, fire ppl etc. While things are improving a bit here people are still afraid to take a chance so they stay working in their shitty jobs been treated like shit for low wages and long hours because everyone is WAY more cautious since the recession. Before it Ireland nearly had too much cash, work was everywhere and employers knew that.

Now everyones thinks they are 'lucky' to be in a job no matter how shit it is, and if you leave a job everyone frowns at you. Plus i have noticed since it there are far more union disputes, some of which might cause employess to ballot in favour of something like a strike, which requires a certain percentage of votes so employers target some of the ones who are likley to be swayed and either threaten them with job loss or give them extra money so they will vote against it so nothing gets passed. Employers are winning.

The whole 9-5 concept is fuckin bullshit and totally unproductive. If you work in a job that requires it then fair enough but most dont, so it makes no sense since those that dont are project based, so they should look at the work you get done and what you complete rather than simply the hours work you put in. I could go in, work 9-5 and do sweet fuck all and still get paid. How does that make any sense? I would enjoy it far more if i could work at my own pace and when i want. Richard Branson is way ahead of the game.

Hey Charles, I'm not sure where you live these days but you should try getting a job at Orlando Bakery. It's union and the work isn't awful. It's near 79th and Woodland, so there's bus and rapid stops if your car goes dead.

They are in the middle of renovations. It's a big company but it's still family owned and they are good people.

Charles, have you ever thought about becoming a male escort? You could get paid to give foot massages and suck toes instead of paying someone else to do that.

Durag, that's good advice. NickyTooch, you know I don't live in Cleveland anymore. I'm in Maryland.
