Can't type in caps.

I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but when I go to type in capitals eg. (SMH, TSA) and type nothing else but that in a thread reply, it comes out (Smh or Tsa), when I have just typed it all in caps and posted it that way too. I noticed that if I type a sentance and then type a word (In caps) later on in that sentence, the all caps typing works.

Does sombody know why this is happening.

Edit: I am using my phone when posting.
