I went out yesterday and the wind was so demoralizing I cut the ride short (32km). I was averaging 30km/h until I had to go into the wind and my speed dropped to 20km/h in 39km/h winds. This winter and cold temps are dragging on too long. I ended up going out for a second ride a couple hours later and logged 20km's and accepted the winds and my slow pace.
