I saw Blue Caprice movie last weekend and it's based on a true story about the Washington DC snipers Muhammad and Malvo. Isaiah Washington played Muhammad and Tequan Richmond played Malvo. I live in Maryland and Muhammad and Malvo had Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC residents scared to go outside. They were just shooting random people and I'm glad the cops caught them. I remember a helicopter was flying around the houses in my neighborhood when they were going around shooting people and I was wondering if they were in my neighborhood.
