What I don't like to see is the same old video with a rapper standing in front of the camera rapping. Boring as shite.
I want to see something new and creative, something I haven't seen before (or at least not in a music video)
A couple of videoes I've enjoyed in the last couple of years:

i really don't watch music videos anymore, because they are usually so wack that they make the song worse haha... a rapper in front of the camera rapping the song, no thanks.
there have been some dope one, Flying Lotus makes creative stuff, Madlib does creative stuff, Run The Jewels makes creative stuff and Wu-Tang Clan made the best video of all time with "The Heart Gently Weeps"...... "excuse me Taylor, I'ma let you finish, but Wu-Tang Clan had one of the greatest videos of all time.... OF ALL TIME"
daily updates: news, articles, reviews, the best compilations on the net. that true skool street hop!
r.i.p. Johan D, Kaddu, Ricke a.k.a. "Slick Rick" and the rest of the fallen soldiers - you'll never be forgotten!
Action Bronson is another one who keeps dropping fresh videos
