I got a 6 plate Deadlift. I one rep max just once every two weeks or so. I stay with 5 plate for my 5x5 because I'm doing fullbody work outs. Too be fair, I often don't even finish my last set lol.

Deadlift and Overhead press are my strongest lifts. For some reason my bench still sucks. I'm happy with my chest though. Especially upper chest. Which I think is because my OHP.
