I doubt your credit will be good though, so you are totally going to get fucked on an interest rate. Plus no doubt you’ll have to carry a PMI because if youre broke you definitely won’t be able to come up with a high enough down payment.

Got a credit card at 18 or 19 without knowing what it was and used it to pay bills LOL. I also did 2 years comm college 2 years uni and paid for large portions of my comm college out of pocket. I have a super low amount left on my student loans but a lot of the time I couldn't pay out of pocket and the shit would go to collections. I was paranoid about student loan debt but in the long run I'm glad I took that route.

general indiscipline but those were the 2 things and they're concentrated in 2008. Didn't really fix my habits till about 26 though I got rid of my credit card way before that.

What's the credit system like in Europe? Same as here?
