I still haven't even watch the twin peaks comeback, which is appalling. I think I have it on a hard drive. I need to act on that.
I'm pretty sure everything in Eraserhead was metaphorical. I remember reading some very plausible explanations for it online, back in the day.
I'm pretty sure I once read or heard David lynch speaking about inland empire n saying it wasn't intended as any kind of cohesive narrative or anything, but rather just a visual experience.
I'm a big fan of ambiguity and having the freedom to find my own meaning in things. I write a lot of lyrics in that fashion.
