Nice rate artsdradamus. I'm in at 3% with about 9 years left on a 15 year loan.

I wouldn't mind refinancing to a 10 year with a little bit of cash out. Problem is I only owe about $130K now and brokers rather broker for the guy buying the $500K house across the street from me. I get moved to the back of the line.

The market around me is booming a little bit more than elsewhere. House behind me sold for 400k. Across the street for $513k. These houses were $250k to $300K just 10 years ago.

Lots of demoKKKRats moving into my low tax red state. Fuckers.

That's another thing I hate about demokKKrats. If they like demoKKKrat politics so much, then move to a blue demoKKKrat state. But no. They never do. They always move to red Republican states and bring their shit politics with them.

The census in 2010 and 2020 back me up. Huge migrations of populations away from blue states into red states. It's been happening for 20 years now. If you love your shitty demoKKKrat politics so much, then move to a fucking blue demoKKKRat state you jackasses!

And they're fucking arrogant. They move into my neighborhood, and before they've even unpacked the fucking truck, they stick up their Biden signs and their "No human is illegal" gay rainbow signs.

Just another good reason to hate neighbors who move into your neighborhood. Locusts. Infestation. I view my neighbors as unwanted pests.
