The FAA called the third test launch a success despite the failure. Perhaps the Elon fan boys do not fully understand why the FAA exists and the importance of government regulations. People need to understand that regulations exist for a reason. I agree, they're a pain in the ass, but without them, companies like SpaceX, Boeing, and Blue Origin would run wild. Second, SpaceX has a contract with NASA, a government agency, to construct an operational Starship by late 2026 for a moon landing. So, SpaceX will need to comply with all FAA regulations. I'm sure this is in their NASA contract.
