every 100 rep points, your rep power increases by 1

every 1000 posts your rep power increases by 1

every year you had your account for your rep power increases by 1.

you have 5 rep power meaning every time you rep, you give out 5 rep points.

1 point base (after 50 posts) + 1 for over 1000 posts, + 1 for over 100 rep points, and + 2 for over 2 years registered = 5 rep power
