no to the principal question. he is not immune to advertising.
the obstacle is the path

I mean Mc Donald's and Burger King always does this, as I have noticed on they commercials.
But, anyways...yes the ones at the top compete with each other but, all the while working together to save the top spot for the "elite" of society.
Namely - white, rich, and or male, and if they are protestant or jewish then that's even better, so it seems.
the ones at the top are killing one another
you think cheney dont covet bush position?
among the conspiracy theory behind jfk - some suggested the vice president was in on it
even at the top everybody want to shine
maybe this is one of the keys to discerning victory

at every level people compete with each other/ both overtly and covert.
even in these forums.
the top rank i would assume has the most competition, considering that man loves power and recognition amongst other things. and the sources are everywhere, the top level aristocracy etc is like a powerhouse with enough candy for only to go around those who are "recognised".
But, don't they prefer it like that?Originally Posted by LHX

It's the nature of the game and especially politics.
JFK?? hmmm...he seemed nice, maybe too nice for his own good.
Heh, JFK was an Irish Catholic with an uncanny ability to run in very powerful circles, no wonder the CIA offed him. As for Bush, I love his way of signalling to get a burger when he's done answering questions. I dunno if he notices that he manages to devalue the situation he was addressing by doing so or not, but it's a good laugh if anything (you have to laugh at the guy, or just smack your head against a wall). No doubt there is a power struggle as always, the top level in the eyes of the people is an attractive position. I wonder if the people at the very very top have to deal with similar crap
