I'm givin' it a 7, solid...as a group effort, their best...a few tracks took away from the vibe of the album, but as soon as "halfway thugs" was finished, it was curtains....that was one or maybe my favorite song from Nore. That song helped out the album alot....still, worth copin'. 1ne.

Very tight album. It's a shame Noreaga hasn't rhymed good since this album LOL. I wonder why Rocafella delayed his solo album One Fan A Day LOL. Capone has done well solo to me. I got his latest album Menace 2 Society and i like it. My favorite joints on The War Report is Driver's Seat, Parole Violators, Iraq(See The World), T.O.N.Y., Illegal Life.
now this is a fuckin banger!!!!!!!!! required listening for any thug/drug dealer in training...lmao
one of my favorite albums all time & i hate nore lol
LOL@you hate Nore hahahahahahahahahaha. I do too LOL. That foreigner dude that calls himself Animal Thug on Noreaga's first 2 solo albums is funny. He has a skit on Nore's Melvin Flynt Da Hustler album called Animal Thug Goes Hollywood. That skit is hilarious.
nIGGA i DIDNT VOTE 1, I'm just asking were is capone?
Only a few years ago Hip Hop purists may have felt superior listening to hard core while their less enlightened companions snacked on commercial rap. As Shaolin research began to point out the overwhelming benefits of raw production, true hip hop enthusiasts started turning back to traditional styles. Wu-Tang in particular, has been shown to myriad beneficial effects, from warding off ignorance and poverty to reducing the risk of incarceration and death.
^^^capone was locked up, tragedy khadafi took his place
yeah right
