What ya all think about this dance/martial art mix?

it's cool to me. lotz of folks are using it in the fitness clubs. i would try it to stay in shape and self-defense.

like the philosophy and everything around, like the sport itself, but something i criticize is that sometimes it seem a little sectarian to me...
