One Missed Call [Jap, Takashi Miike] did quite scare at times, nice movie to watch.
and is The Abyss [the one movie with the underwater thingy] classed as a horror?
Anybody seen The Eye 2? Didn't think much of it, The Eye was okay. And that korean flick, Tale of Two Sisters, that one was weird.
And i saw that remake of Texas before the original. When I went out and saw the original i was like, was that it?
Haha, I just checked for The New York Ripper. That's the movie with the Donald Duck killer, lmao. I bought that one for a friend of mine for his brithday, he was stunned. Weirdest shit he's ever seen.

Hehe, yeah, I'm a major horror fan and we're making our own movie aswell.
I'm a collector of the darkest, rawest, most brutal Horror flicks ever, I suggest you dig up these coffins:
-Bone Sickness
-Island Of Death
-Burial Ground (aka Zombie 3)
-Zombie Holocaust
-Mountain Of The Cannibal God
-Jungle Holocaust
-Cannibal Holocaust
-Cannibal Ferox
-Zombie 2 (Flesh Eaters)
-House By the Cemetery
-Salo: 120 Days Of Sodom
-Emanuelle In America (UNCUT)
-Art Of The Devil 1 & 2
-Cemetery Man
-Antrapophagus
-Profondo Rosso (Deep Red)
-Shadows
-A Tale Of Two Sisters
-Dead Birds
-...
These were just a few very good horror titles....
Some of them are very sick and gore, if you're looking for the gorest of them all I recommend the "Guinea Pig collection"
These are the movies Charlie Sheen actually thought they were real snuff lol....
Oh, and be sure to check out the Masters Of Horror series, these are the best modern horror movies!!
You might wanna look into good ol' Italian horror, there are always good flicks to find there.
My fav. directors are Joe D'Amato, Dario Argento, Rugerro Deodato, Lucio Fucli, Lamberto Bava, Mario Bava.
For real classic horror titles I suggest you look for Mario Bava's movies or the Hammer Collection ofcourse.
"The only way to a woman's heart is along the pathof torment. I know none other as sure..."
Yeah I love horror flicks...not the lame ones they have been showing lately. Pretty good list there Skellington.
"One arm bandit..stab companions with intricate sentences...battle crews single- handed..with cannons that blow you from here to other planets."
i think the cannibal movies are half assed and fulci is kind of a joke. sure zombi 2 has the splinter in the eye scene but it also has one of the lamest scenes in history with the zombie fighting a shark. 'conquest' only porved further that hes half assed. i know its almost like blasphemy but hes more a historical curiosity
plus 'salo' isnt even horror, the 'guinea pig' movies are an utter waste of time unless you just dislike plot in film, and 'deep red' is a slow slow argento flick that only has like three decent kills is 2 hrs
youve seen a lot of movies but im not understanding your opinions
but hey thats life, no offense. its nie to see someone who has seen a lot of horror regardless
Children Of The Corn (the first one)...yeah, that freaked me out.
I dunno if many people get into the asian horror flicks, but here's a couple of Japanese ones I have to recommend -
Ichi The Killer
(Psycological gorefest classic)
The Grudge
(Haven't seen the western version, but I can bet it doesn't come close to the original)
Pulse
(This one's more visceral, most don't get it)
And there's this one I've been trying to find that I saw on our local international free-to-air TV channel down here a few years back (I missed the start);
It had to do with a girl who was abused for years by her piano teacher...Paralyzing drugs, a guy with no arms/legs/tongue in a sack, piano wires, acupuncture pins...Can anyone help me find the name of it?
It

Yes indeed "Salo" isn't really horror, altho it has some terrifying scenes at the end tho.
It's more of a Sexploitation movie...to the fullest.
Marquis De Sades work is ALWAYS good...
If y'r into those kinda movies you wanna check out these:
-Marquis De Sades Justine
-Marquis De Sades Eugenie De Sade
-Demoniac
-A Virgin Among The Living Dead
-Erotic Nights Of The Living Dead
-Emanuelle And The Last Cannibals
-Emanuelle In America
-Porno Holocaust
-Guts Of A Virgin
-Shoguns Sadism
-Irreversible
-Hard Gore
-Baise Moi
-Caligula
-Caligula II : The Untold Story
-Thundercrack
I love them movies...
And who ever said Fulci is a joke is a joke himself, no offence.
But, Fulci is the greatest Italian director, thyere's no point arguing to that.
Many would go for Argento obviously, but Fulci on a whole different level.
Who doesn't like:
-Don't Torture A Duckling
-House By The Cemetery
-Zombie Flesh Eaters
etc......
Those movies areTHE classics among horror movies, ask any REAL horror fan, and he will spit in your face when you say Fulci is a joke.
"The only way to a woman's heart is along the pathof torment. I know none other as sure..."
Marquis De Sades

And so is Caligula...man with guts
"The only way to a woman's heart is along the pathof torment. I know none other as sure..."
