i always like hes first verse mysterry of chessboxin not only the lyrics are incredible but hes flow and style where superb that was before he came with the idea of rhyming calm so the people can listen clearly

also one line that always staid in my mind is "the ghost seemed tempting
They were deceive what they were promised was never received"

On behalf of the Wu-Tang Clan, I'll display the Hong Kong
Shaolin King Kong palm. Slaps niggas in half, I'm Quanton
Ten Tiger Scratch. Like Allah Math,
    The Hellz Wind Staff.
Watch the eight-diagram strike the diaphram.
    Pierce lung, minute-fung,
Tongue double edged. Sound the drum.
Here I come, as predicted, holding the raw seal
All heads kneel, seventh degree black mic skill is ill
Listen to the guns, hollow, swallow the shell.
East New York Terrorist break fool to this
Madness, crazy low-hand grabs the mic stand.
    Smooth as water.
Spat seven seas you've not yet mastered
    Breathin' lung squeeze. Earth kills,
    Im wreckin' MCs, blood spills.
    The metal was round.
The piercing sound of silence deafens ears
Fire spheres, wood, sharp eagle claw tears
Tree from bark, hard to maintain control
When you leakin', I'll stand with the strenght of Job
And hold blessings that'll bust ya head!
    While I'm teaching civilizations
    One having knowledge, wisdom, understanding
    Cultural fire-ment
Not a savage and pursue the happiness.
    Thunderous mantis, all chant this.

(Not correct, but you get the picture)

Love that verse! Masta Killa's kung fu shit was the best!

    "It's the sound that surrounds
And hurts me like I'm under attack
So I decided to bite down on the mic
So the pain of the track won't deny the fact
    That I'm the Masta!"

That's a dope mataphor right there.

    [Masta Killa]
I make knowledge born to save self, you know?
Who gon' live it, gon' live it
Be is to be a born, knawmean?

Soaked in degrees of knowledge, polished by sun rays
Carving by nine swordsmen to a needle point of perfection
It's a blessing to deliver this lesson
While travellin the planet, extending development
And vote for the mind, never ended
We now send it long winded, descended
Infital, Bobby Digital, Abbot of the Shaolin now
    Wit knowledge and wisdom
The original sword style begin, birth of the Wu-Tang Clan

Wasn't he supposed to release a book of lyrics?
Personally I think he is (often) substance over style, I don't get really hyped untill I read this in print.
Check the live DVD how he screams his lyrics on stage: It's pretty interesting to compare this to his very relaxed style on wax. It would be nice imo if he tried that intensity on a track again, like he did on Chessboxing.

And vote for the mind (?), never ended
We now send it, long winded, descended

That just flies over people's heads, hell I missed that several times before I caught on. MK is one of the most lyrical and knowledgeable guys in the clan, no question.
