I believe in "Spirit Reincarnation," basically reincarnation for many of us.

I dont' really believe in life after death in the spiritual sense although life is a continuous cycle. This means that after you die your body decomposes and then is returned back to the essences to form another life. Spiritually I find it a little harder to believe that I can come back.
