Hmm. It seems like I've reached a plateau in terms of strength. Has anyone experienced this before?

I took another week off due to the wind storm we had in Michigan (no power for four days).
In regards to my training, my squat and deadlift are still the same but I'm benching a little more. So, I'll be increasing weights on my reps (3-5). Also, my diet. I'll be eating fish, chicken, rice, green vegetables, fruits, cereal (Shredded Wheat), yogurt (Greek), peanut butter (all natural), and drinking lemon water. I'll do this for 60 days to see where it leads me.

I was stuck for a while and what worked for me is doing alternative exercises for the main compound lifts.
Floor press instead of Bench
Sumo deadlift instead of regular
Front squat instead of back squat or vice versa
Dumbell OHP instead of Barbell OHP or the other way around
Another thing you can do is involve elastic bands to focus on certain parts of a lift. For instance, make the top of the benchpress harder with rubber bands.
What also work is lowering weights and go for more volume.
Another thing you can do is just take two weeks of rest with no lifting at all.

Agreed, Bands and Chains can help with strength issues massively.

Look into adding Farmers Carries into your training. preferably with Fat Gripz. Other than increasing your grip strength to that of a god, which will help you in every lift you do, It's probably one of the best core training exercises there is period. Easily my favourite exercise.
Underrated. Do them at the gym and people will look at you like what's wrong with this dude.
I used to do them at this small gym and I had to walk near the gyms exit to get a decent walk out of it. Receptionist looking at me like I was gonna steal the plates for scrap metal or something. Nah cunt, this isn't a romanian deadlift.
