I don’t think I’ve had abs since I was 16. When you labor it’s all about them slave muscles. Shoulder forearms, legs.
I’m talking about real old world slavery.. moving boulders around not this picking cotton fantasy slavery.

If I hit the gym I’d look like Ronnie minus the top heavy steroid “bulk”.

You pencil pushers couldn’t handle the grind.

Only Rob has had a stint. With a strong chin like that, he could hang if he wanted too.

everyone that isnt half neanderthal has the last jaw in the picture, which also differs from a horn-like hapsburg jaw. Big difference between being homosapien and Ivan Ooze.

ironically, white people used to say that having the first chin was proof of their superiority lol. I used to work with a beech who only had a neck and upper lip, nothing in between. Real Lovecraft type shit.

There are some exercises you can do to improve your jawline. Neck training helps too. But the brow ridge is also an important part of the alpha look. You want that Neanderthal brow, bros.

I'm at 172 right now. Never looked more lean.

Guess I should start adding some muscle.

From the moment you start lifting, you'll be small forever.

I don't get the growing your muscles shit at all.

I exercise for a few hours twice a week just because its necessary once you hit 30. Beyond just keeping in basic shape, I don't get it. It seems vain, and boring too if you're just pumping iron for hours and hours each week.

    Unless you're like 6 ft 2, you shouldn't weigh 200 lbs.

It's vain, no doubt. But if you're the type of person to not half ass your training, you can get quite big by just a few hours of working out a week. I understand not everyone wants to become Arnold, but being big feels great. Clothes fit nicely, feels manly, girls mirin, boys mirin, small dudes hating but still mirin. You'll look like a dedicated person and people respect that.

I'm 5'10.5" and I still weigh 205lbs. Getting close to 450lb squat. At the same time, I can do 15 pull ups with a 50lb chain around my neck, I'm a pro at one arm pushups, I am still flexible, too. It's like what Jasper stated, being big feels good. Just don't take steroids. Health is your best asset so protect it by eating right, don't smoke or drink, always remain positive no matter what, and be real.

I'm in good shape, although I could be better. I'd rather go for lean muscle than weighing more though.

Surely the extra muscle can't be good for you, I mean you guys are technically overweight. Muscle is obviously better than fat but still I don't get how its good for you.

Why don’t you just let them do their thing instead of playing mommy.

The extra muscle is actually benefiting your health in many ways.

Clam down. I'm saying that having a positive attitude while working towards your fitness goal is a great thing. Positive attitude and determination = Results

"Be real" means just be yourself. Don't do what others are doing and maintain a strong focus on what you want.
